Michelle has experience in nursing leadership, direct care nurse development, and nursing education having interviewed, on-boarded, and trained nurses in acute & critical care.

As a licensed clinical nurse specialist; consulting for expertise, patient case review, policy & procedure development, and RCAs are an integral part of her nursing practice. She has served as an expert witness and can provide expert case review in situations across the continuum of care.
